This semester i have to sign up on differents electives that i think that will be usefull on my development as a designer. So the different electives were: Infography, photography and editorial design. And mi favorite subject was editorial design were we had to make a book for our own. I enjoyed very much this project because i hope to work on editorial design someday, and i learn sou much about different things like, the parts of the book, the material, tipography, and how to use this tools to harmonize them with the content of the book and have finaly a good book. Other things that i enjoyed about this subject is that many people that works on this world of books came and give a talk of what they do, and how they make it to be where they are. As a student of design, i need to search for inspiration and references all the time when i'm doing a project, and that's why my favorite career-related website is Pinterest . This website is also an app for the phone, so you can visit it, when ever o where ever you want to, this is one of the reasons of why i like this site so much. It is very comfortable to use, because its layout it's very simple: The mean section is the "home" where you can see many pictures related to the images you already have save (or pined) on the carpets you can make to save the pictures by topic. I use this website when i need inspiration for a new project, on graphic and industrial design, you can see what have others do and get inspired or use them as a reference.
