This semester i have to sign up on differents electives that i think that will be usefull on my development as a designer. So the different electives were: Infography, photography and editorial design. And mi favorite subject was editorial design were we had to make a book for our own.
I enjoyed very much this project because i hope to work on editorial design someday, and i learn sou much about different things like, the parts of the book, the material, tipography, and how to use this tools to harmonize them with the content of the book and have finaly a good book.
Other things that i enjoyed about this subject is that many people that works on this world of books came and give a talk of what they do, and how they make it to be where they are.
The teacher, who is a nice person, bring from her personal library many many books, all differents between them, all beautiful and amazings.
I have the pleassure to know thing that i don't know about books, how is the process between the writing of a book and when someone have it in his hands.
I hope to keep learning about this and someday work from it.
